Access to and use of the mob77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. mob77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and does not permit access by individuals under this age under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would affect your ability to enter into contracts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, gambling block scheme, or cooling-off period managed by mob77 or any third-party responsible gaming service.
• You must access the Platform for your own personal entertainment only. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, or for any commercial or professional gambling purpose not expressly authorised by mob77, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and throughout your membership. mob77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any point.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of mob77 and its affiliated technology partners are not eligible to open Member Accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

mob77 may conduct age and identity verification at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.

To access the full range of mob77 products and services, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration flow. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for notifying mob77 promptly if any registered details change.
• Your account credentials — including your username and password — are strictly personal and confidential. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account to any other person. mob77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• mob77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason, provided that any undisputed balance is returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
• Accounts that remain inactive — with no login, deposit, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. mob77 will notify the Member by email before applying any dormancy administrative fees as set out in the current fee schedule published on the Platform.

All financial transactions on the mob77 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) or via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• mob77 does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by mob77's payment processor. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier interface.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. mob77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal WIB operating hours. Processing times may be extended during scheduled system maintenance windows or peak demand periods.
• mob77 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of funds that have been credited as Bonus amounts are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus offer terms. Bonus funds that do not satisfy wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• mob77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status, where fraud prevention or compliance obligations require it.

mob77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. mob77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or promotional fraud.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applied to the bonus amount that must be satisfied through qualifying wagers before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, certain slot categories, and sports wagers may carry different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution table is published in the bonus terms for each individual offer.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not satisfied within the time limit specified in the individual offer. Upon expiry, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from the bonus are forfeited.

• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Ramadhan reload bonuses, Idul Fitri free bets, Indonesian Independence Day cashback, Imlek offers, and Nyepi promotions — are each governed by their own specific terms published at the time the promotion is activated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mob77 Platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening more than one Account, or opening a new Account following a previous suspension or closure.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human agent to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to match betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mob77 staff, live dealer hosts, or other Members through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Any activity that mob77 reasonably believes constitutes a breach of fair gaming standards, regardless of whether it is explicitly listed above.

mob77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. The following tools and obligations form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• mob77 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Registration is not permitted for individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification documents will be requested before any withdrawal is processed.
• Members may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) directly from the Account settings dashboard. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mob77.

• Our total aggregate liability to any Member, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the amount of the Account Balance held at the time the relevant claim arises.
• mob77 will not be liable for failures or delays in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications outages, government actions, power failures, or acts of third-party payment processors.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Any undisputed balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
• It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. mob77 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the mob77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mob77 holds its international gaming licence.

• In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact mob77 customer support in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
• If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, Members may escalate the matter to mob77's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. mob77 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
• Where a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaints procedure, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution body.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to a court of competent jurisdiction for interim relief or injunctive remedies where appropriate.
